A yoga class is the best way to start a busy week. So, if you usually don't like Mondays, come along, have a stretch, relax, and you'll be able to handle whatever the week throws at you with a smile on your face. Expect postures to stretch out the spine, open hips, lengthen hamstrings and release tension in your shoulders and neck. The class is suitable for all levels (beginners welcome). Bring a mat if possible.

Treat yourself to a longer, nourishing monthly yoga session for ultimate bliss. In the class we will focus on postures to nurture, support and strengthen the endocrine system, essential for hormonal balance, to reduce stress levels and increase vitality. We will practice hip and pelvis openers to direct blood and energy flow to the reproductive system and lower back postures and inversions to relieve stress and tension.
Join this class to boost your fertility, alleviate PMS and menopausal symptoms, regain your balance after childbirth, or if you just want to get in touch with your feminine side. The class concludes with a 30mins guided relaxation (yoga nidra) for mental calm.
The aim of this class is to make you feel rejuvenated and positive about yourself and your body.

One to One sessions
If you are unsure about joining a group class for whatever reason, one to one sessions might be the best way for you to start your yoga journey. Sessions will last one hour (£40) and are customised to suit your needs taking into consideration your level, your preferred style of yoga and your goals (physical fitness, relaxation, flexibility, etc.).
