About Charlotte 

Charlotte has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She has trained as a Seasonal Yoga Teacher with Julie Hanson, Sue Woodd and Marit Akintawe  (200 RYT and 300 RYT) and had the fortune to practice and attend workshops with Allison Dearling, Cathy Moran, Maureen Thorpe, Judi Farrell, James Boag and John Scott.

Charlotte’s root practice is based on the Ashtanga System, but she also enjoys gentler forms of yoga, such as Yoga for Women and yin yoga and seasonal yoga. Charlotte’s personal practice gives her a strong sense of balance and happiness, feelings which she aims to pass on to her students through her teaching.

Charlotte’s classes are mindful and influenced by seasonal elements. They will improve students’ general well-being, flexibility and mind-body connection, and are taught in a relaxed style and kind manner.
